(1) Operating system:
RadioZX currently is designed for Windows PCs, but we are currently in the process of adding full Macintosh support.
(2) Media player:
RadioZX uses Windows Media Player, which you probably already have installed on your computer. (If not, get the free download here.)
(3) Web browser:
RadioZX works with all versions of Internet Explorer and new versions of Netscape (7.1 and higher).
(We also support older versions of Netscape via the links on this page.) Firefox users can install the necessary "plug-in" by following the instructions here -- or simply try our MP3 streams here .
Having problems launching RadioZX?
The two most-likely problems are caused by pop-up blockers or your browser's security settings. Possible fixes are described here. (Answers to many other tech questions are in our FAQ.)
MOBILE
HOW TO LISTEN:
Click on your choice of station and bitrate above (24k will give the least buffering; others (64k) require a faster Internet connection) and respond to questions with "Yes" and "Save and Open."
Warning: This could be expensive if you don't have an "unlimited" data plan from your cell phone provider. (If you're using a WiFi connection, however, it should be free.)
MEDIA PLAYER REQUIRED:
