TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.alaskacanadarail.org/">Alaska-Canada Rail Link</A> (www.alaskacanadarail.org/)</div> <bR> <div> which is the bi-lateral group I created with Premier Fentie to study the feasibility of connecting Alaska to the continental rail system.</div> <div> The first issue can be found at the project website.</div> <bR> <div> I am happy to report that the project is indeed, “right on track.”</div> <bR> <div> The marketing and engineering portion is progressing, and the financial feasibility and public interest assessment will begin this spring.</div> <bR> <div> The study
